These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and participation in Sea Lion Luxury Cruise services operated by Cozy Vietnam Travel. By booking a cruise, you agree to these terms.
Booking and Payment
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit
- Prices are quoted in USD and subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation
- Current pricing: Port Package $49, Shuttle Package $58, Limousine Package $64 per person
- Group bookings (10+) may have separate pricing — contact for details
- Full payment is required before boarding
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Children’s Policy
- Ages 0–4: Free (maximum 1 free child per 2 paying adults, shared seating)
- Ages 5–8: 75% of adult fare
- Ages 9+: Full adult price
- Age is calculated by birth year
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
Safety and Conduct
- All guests must follow crew safety instructions, including during embarkation, shore excursions, and emergency drills
- Life jackets must be worn during tender boat transfers and kayaking
- Swimming at Ti Top Island is permitted only within the designated area
- The operator reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove guests who pose a safety risk or behave in a manner that disrupts other guests’ experience
- Drone operation is prohibited in Halong Bay (regulated airspace)
Food and Beverages
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted onboard
- Buffet lunch and welcome drink are included in all packages
- Additional beverages are available from the onboard bar at listed prices
- Dietary requirements must be communicated at booking (vegetarian: no notice needed; vegan: 24 hours; halal: 48 hours)
Weather and Force Majeure
- Sea Lion operates in most weather conditions including light rain and moderate wind
- The operator may cancel departures due to typhoon warnings, government sailing bans, or conditions deemed unsafe — approximately 2–3 days per year
- In such cases, guests receive a full refund or free rescheduling at their choice
- The operator is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other events beyond reasonable control
Liability
- Sea Lion Luxury Cruise and Cozy Vietnam Travel carry comprehensive maritime liability insurance
- Guests participate in activities (swimming, kayaking, cave exploration) at their own risk
- The operator is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests
Intellectual Property
All content on sealioncruise.com — including text, images, and design — is the property of Sea Lion Luxury Cruise / Cozy Vietnam Travel and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.
